ii) Programs for Dynamical system analysis: To draw phase portraits of dynamical systems like

human endocrinological system, Neural networks etc. Detailed stability analysis, bifurcation diagram.

[Partly published in BioSystems , Elsevier, Ireland, 32 (1994) 61-69.]
 
 

iii) Programs for Neuro-clinical data analysis: Analysis of time series or equation generated data to

find stability, including Chaos- calculating Lyapunov Exponent etc.

[Published in in Appl. Math. Modelling, Elsevier, UK, 2000].

iv) Analytical tools for Hopf Bifurcation in Neural Model: Accepted for publication in
     Intl. J. Sys Science, [2001]

v) Presently engaged in Dynamical Non-linear System Stability Analysis as part of Ph D Thesis

using self generated software tools (in C/C++), Locbif/Auto Software and Dataplore Software, also

inter-comparison of result/output from different tools acting on same resource.
